2022 March 3.5★ Like other Winners' this store isn't any different. A good selection of products which are supposedly discounted of the retail value. Of course, the retail value can vary as it doesn't include any discounts that could've been offered. So effectively, their price is really a discounted price or sale price which may or may not be a great deal. It's certainly good marketing. Having said that, their clearance prices can be good. This location has a lot of clothing and seems like a little less electronics than others. Otherwise, it's about the same as any other Winners. Lots of parking available in the plaza. Just off the highway and easy to get to.

Clean fast service has everything that you'll find at winners from clothing to hair equipment to make up to jewelry fast service so you can find everything quickly everything is labeled so everything is in a organized place. I would recommend this place to do your shopping especially if you're trying to buy gifts at a good price usually things are discounted here then going to the retail stores and getting it at the big name brands they also have Nike Adidas Jordan Calvin Klein is very famous here I would recommend this place if you're trying to save some money especially for Christmas shopping

I just went to winners today with my daughter I’m so happy and I want to buy something, but I have to many stuff and there’s one of old women worker she think’s we stole something in the store and they call us to check our stuffs and they didn’t find anything I’m just offended it’s just we have a lot of stuff carrying they think we stole something NEXT TIME Don’t JUDGE The BOOk By it’s COVER 😣

Well organized in pandemic protocol. Social distancing, sanitizer and masks are in order. Love it. As usual great choices for everything they sell is excellent quality and good pricing. The place to shop for sure.

One of my fav winners stores! That always have huge clearance racks with great stuff and not just odds and sods ….. also the staff at this location are overly friendly and super helpful! This is my fav winners in all of Durham region

Carrie at the jewelry department is extremely rude!! I was trying on my earrings (with full intention of purchasing) and she came out of nowhere attacking me to finish my shopping and to go pay immediately. She was very rude about it and had a very aggressive tone. She went on about how i “gotta finish up and go” and was not nice at all. I continued to mention that i had no issue paying and i just wanted to continue shopping (in the same jewelry department) for a few more minutes. Not to mention, the other lady helping me out (before Carrie got there) had no issue with me trying on the earrings. Carrie was pushy and her behaviour was simply not acceptable. I bought the earrings and will not be returning to this location again. People past their retirement should take their aggressive attitude else where and not take out their anger on young paying customers.

I have never been so insulted in my life. I have always shopped at this location (Thickson Ridge Power Centre) after today I will never again purchase anything from Winners. I came here today with my family and I feel like the "supposed" manager whose name is Carrie treated me so rudely because I look visibly Chinese or she has a bias to all asians. This negative experience occurred as there was no more sanitizer wipes left at the entry that we could clean the cart handle for my Elderly father to use so I thought I would just use the sanitizer solution and the paper towels on one of the carts. As I was using the sanitizer she grabbed it from me and told me that I can not use the solution as it's only for trained staff. I reiterated that I need something to clean the cart handle with as the sanitizer wipes at the entry was not available and she just arrogantly told me that I was not to use their sanitizing solution as it's for trained staff only. I then asked what should I do then and she just kept reiterating that I could not use their sanitizer as it's for trained staff only and she said she will have someone check the sanitizer dispenser rudely and she walked away from me so smugly.
